We were like everyone else, young, fit, healthy and in love. Like many young people from the 1970’s, Phil and I jumped into married life and started running full speed ahead. By the time we had been married 30 years we had doubled our marriage weight, Phil, going from 140 lbs at age 20 to 249 pounds at age 49. Celeste going from 120 pounds at age 18 to 240 pounds at age 47. In addition to the excessive weight we were growing older with a plethora of health problems such as Type 2 Diabetes, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Chronic Eczema, Plantar Fasciitis, back pain, addictions to alcohol and nicotine and male prostate problems. In just 4 months, after going through a body detoxification program and changing our eating and lifestyle habits, we lost a combined total of 132 pounds. We were amazed as our bodies healed from ALL of our medical problems and addictions. We maintain our good weight and health to this day. This book is our story, our springboard to health; the detox and lifestyle plans used by hundreds of clients and by us personally. About the Author:

Celeste & Phil Davis live in beautiful Franklin, Tennessee where they help people lose weight and learn to live a healthy lifestyle. Their business, The Wellness Workshop, is dedicated to helping people "Improve Your Life by Changing Your Food". Phil and Celeste work with individuals, couples and families on a one-to-one coaching style, teaching them what a healthy lifestyle looks like, what to buy, what to cook and how to incorporate good changes into their everyday life. They teach classes at Whole Foods Market in the Cool Springs area of Franklin, Tennessee. Phil and Celeste have been married for 34 years and have two children, Jesi and Robb and two grandsons, Josiah and Ian. The wonderful changes that happened in their lives have inspired old and young, including their family members to live a healthier life.
