About the Author:

JENNIFER DZIEKAN grew up in Michigan to become an elementary school teacher before turning her talents to children’s books. Jennifer spends time visiting elementary schools and libraries providing educational programs and writing workshops. She lives in Brighton with her husband Gary and four daughters: Kelly, Beth, Sophie & Jenna. TONI AULETTI is the Scenic Charge Artist and Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance. She received her BFA in Technical Theatre at Wayne State University, and she also holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Scene Design from the University of Michigan. Toni paints scenery all around town including at Jeff Daniels’ Theatre, The Purple Rose. She also paints murals in children’s bedrooms.
