For the last year and a half I (along with other brothers and sisters) have been working on a complete and comprehensive guide to the promotional process, a one stop shop. There are 10 chapters of the highest quality study materials ever seen in the BPD. Those of you that know me, know that I would not dare put my name on it if it wasn’t the best. It is a hard cover, self-published, 420+ page book that includes every bit of material and guidance you will need to get promoted to Sergeant or Lieutenant. General Orders, PCM, Law Enforcement Management, Criminal Digest of Laws, 167 practice written test questions, the oral board, and the most extensive oral board scenarios are all included, no other resource will be needed. We will also be conducting complete mock scenarios of the testing process, just as if it were real; from a complete written test, inbox, speech, and interview questions, details forthcoming. Even if you are not eligible yet, this guide will show you how to handle complicated situations in the BPD and make you a much better officer. Note: In development, of those that had the guide 100% passed the Lieutenant’s written and 75% will be promoted.
