About this Book:

The Gospel of John: The Light Shining in the Dark is a complete commentary on the Gospel of John told in a story format. This narrative is seeking to illustrate the Gospel's truth: that God has become man in the person of Jesus. The commentary presented here, is written from a personal perspective and should be read in the same manner.

About the Author:

Owen Sharkey is a Passionist priest in West Hartford, Connecticut and a retired Professor of Theology. He is the author of “The Mystery of Man” (1975) and co-author of “The Gospel of John: The Light Shining in the Dark” (2007). Edwin Thrower is a research scientist at Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut and co-author of “The Gospel of John: The Light Shining in the Dark” (2007).
