About this Book:

This is the story about how the first Butterfly Gang formed. The characters Tad, Unicorn, Mariposa, and Rainbow are multidimensional, multilingual, playful, animated, and fun, and each offers unique qualities that help them complete their migration to El Rosario, their destination at the end of a 3,000 mile journey. The Butterfly Gang is camouflaged as a children's book, but inevitably pulls generations of readers to it and is a great read for parent/grand parent to child. The adult will walk away with childlike enthusiasm and wonder who was the book really for?

In a troubled world with an abundance of unguided and or misguided adolescents, there can never be enough books like "The Butterfly Gang." Growing up, we often take for granted the simple pleasures we are privileged to experience and forget to invest kindness to those with who we share our existence. "The Butterfly Gang" serves as a refresher course to adults and a teaching tool for children. Very similar to "The Alchemist," renowned for it's thought provoking analogies pertaining to the vicissitudes of life, "The Butterfly Gang" serves as an instrument delivering a similar note, yet simplified for children. As an adult I appreciated this story as it allowed me to take a step back & realize how magnificent the gift of life is. As a parent, I appreciated being able to thread these valuable lessons into my son. If you are looking for a book with engaging fun characters that both you and your children can enjoy, a book that teaches integrity and promotes optimism, look no further.
