Dr. Cecil Fayard is the pastor of the Elliott Baptist Church. He has been at Elliott for 12 years. He is serving as the Chaplain-in-Chief of the Sons of Confederate Veterans. He serves on the board at Beauvoir, the Jefferson Davis Home, in Biloxi, MS which is Dr. Fayard's home town. Pastor Fayard is a great preacher of God's Word. He preaches all over the country. You will enjoy this book by this wonderful man of God.
