Spider And Other Stories is a book of short fiction in two parts. Part I is a series of stories based on events in the life of a protagonist whose name is Larry. In each story a new development of his character is revealed, so by the end of Part I the reader will have discovered, through a series of events and humorous experiences, not only a much more developed character but one who is full of surprises. The stories in Part II, though not connected, share the themes of surprise and humor.

About the Author:

Bob La Fleur is an anthropologist, writer and woodsman. His writing has appeared in a number of publications including Mudfish, Encore and Common Ground Review. This is his first book of short fiction. He has traveled throughout the world and written about those experiences as well as his decade of living off-grid in the Minnesota north woods.
