Max B. Asbell is a retired lawyer who holds Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor Degrees from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He was active as a lawyer for over 25 years and served as a Municipal Judge for 10 years. He was listed in the First Edition of Who's Who in American Law in 1978. He has extensive international travel experience, having traveled in over 50 countries.
