About the Author:

Rev. Chris Carr began preaching at the young age of 12 and has been preaching now for nearly 20 years. He founded a successful church in South Carolina and was the pastor there for five years. He is now an assistant pastor at Victory Baptist Church in North Augusta, SC. Rev. Carr is an alumnus of Victory Bible College and is now a teacher there. "Pioneering A New Church", was used as college curriculum in a Church Business class at the college and is the 7th book in the Young Preacher Series.
