About the Author:

Gerri Lee is a retired teacher with thirty years of experience. She used the technique of journaling with her students to help them meet curriculum objectives and to also build positive self esteem. Gerri has been keeping a journal ever since she was thirteen years old. She believes that journaling is therapeutic and can be a life coping skill.
