About this Book:

An unexpected event can affect many people. The result? Nofortune-teller or crystal ball can pre-dict the outcome.A fictional town of Whittimore pro-vides the setting for "Maple Tree Tales", a collection of contemporary short stories. The characters are caught by changes that they cannot control. A friend calls this book "an old-fashioned novel with chapter headings". Whether a short story collection or a novel, the reader will enjoy and re-flect on the sacred, strange, striking--and sometimes, sad--relationships that life offers.

She was a news reporter in Oregon and Nebraska where she graduated from Midland Lutheran College, Fremont, She also studied at Coe College, Cedar Rapids, IA, UW-Milwaukee, and seminars in Europe.
