Wintrell Pittman was born August 14, 1960, to Frank and Henrysteen Pittman. Mr. Pittman grew up in the downtown area and presently still resides in Memphis, TN. Wintrell Pittman is the author and illustrator of the Children of the World Book Series. He has an Associates in Human Sevices, a Bachelor's in Liberal Studies (Psychology & Sociology and a Master's In Human Resource Management, and numerous others certificates and academic honors. He is married to Soncellia Pittman and they have four adult children, Ashley, Nicole, Samuel, and Gerald.
