Arthur W. Hendon was born near Forreston, Tx. in 1928. He graduated from Texas Tech with a B.S. degree in Petroleum Geology in 1951. Work experience was in the oiil & gas industry primarily in West Texas. Additional accomplishments include: Capatin - High School Basket balll Team, Eagle Scout, served in the Coast Guard as a MoMM 3/c, Private Pilot and retired from the Civlil Air Patrol as a Lt. Col.
