Dr. Patricia Collier Palmer is the daughter and granddaughter of two California
Southern Baptist pastors who were active in the California Southern
Baptist Convention. She is a graduate of CSBC schools, California
Baptist University and Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. In 1997, she completed the Doctor of Musical Arts degree at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
