I invite you to savor aspects of the Wisdom of Godde. How can we know Godde’s wisdom except to observe, to go inside and to listen? Throughout the ages people have done just that and have shared their experience. Some share it in song, some in dance, others in word, still others through actions and yet others in images.
Wisdom is meant to be shared, for wisdom hoarded is not wisdom at all. It is my hope that you will resonate with these pages and that you will share and deepen your wisdom with others.
The art and writing in this calendar are the work of France White, shcj a member of the Society of the Holy Child Jesus for over 50 years. She offers here the fruit of her thirst for wisdom and invites you to drink deeply and to let the Divine satisfy your thirst.

France White is a Roman Catholic nun who grew up in Portland, Oregon. After earning a BFA from Rosemont College in Rosemont, Pennsylvania she moved to Pasadena, California where, while pursuing her development as an artist, she worked as a graphic artist, peace educator and administrative assistant. She has been involved in social justice issues concerned with creating a culture of peace and sustainability, with eco-spirituality and eco-art, with ant-trafficking, with women and children - their rights in society and church, with homeless people, with refugees and with the impact of imperialism and multinational corporations. She has studied mysticism and healing arts and is a Reiki practitioner. Her art is influenced by these and by various intercultural and international experiences.
