About this Book:

Once we accept our Lord as our Savior. It is time to cooperate with His Spirit as He shapes us into people of His will. God has both a plan and a change process for our lives. The author uses his life to illustrate the effectiveness of God doing His will.
Counseling can be utilized in God’s process of change. Surprisingly, Roger reveals that ministers are often too busy doing “quasi” counseling rather than focusing on their primary role as “fishers of men.”
The growth of strong disciples is correlated with ministers who train their congregation to be soul winners. Knowledge and commitment to Christ’s plan instead of our own is fundamental in the art of building more effective disciples.
When we commit to drinking the cup of unconditional love, people will respond to the gospel. This “sparks” doing His will. People must see that He has changed us.

Dr. Ramage retired from teaching and a private practice in Psychology. At age 65 he went to Asbury Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida where he graduated 3 years later with a M.A. in Theological Studies.
This is Dr. Ramage’s eighth publication and he is preparing to publish a ninth book soon. “Roger” writes diversely that which he chooses, no holds barred. His writing is a catalyst designed to evoke change in Christians who want to grow.
He has served both in the role of pastor and assistant pastor. He believes that the local church needs to be more active in its evangelical efforts and discipleship training.
Roger believes that the church of today is in danger of abusing and neglecting small congregations with a plethora of requirements that do little for the work of Christ within the field of its primary service.
