REVEREND PHILLIP SAMLALSINGH is the founder and president of Trinidad & Tobago Christian Outreach Center (International), and the senior pastor of MIRACLE CHURCH in south Trinidad. His ministry has taken him to USA, Canada, Colombia, Europe, and India. He is married to his ever-supportive wife Susan, who is co-founder and minister.
