Apostle Dr. Phillip Samlalsingh is the founder and president of Trinidad & Tobago Christian Outreach Center (International), and senior pastor of MIRACLE CHURCH situated in south Trinidad.
Apostle Phillip is called and anointed of God to carry the Gospel to nations. His ministry has taken him to the United States of America, Canada, Colombia, Europe and India. He is married to his ever-supportive wife Susan for over thirty years.
Apostle Phillip has an incredible passion to see people experience a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. His anointing has been used in amazing ways to bring encouragement, healing and deliverance to individuals, church leaders and congregations. His communion with the Holy Spirit is authentic and allows God to touch the lives of people in awesome ways. His desire is to see God’s Kingdom, Power and Glory manifest wherever God takes him.
