"Changing the Mindset"
The goal is to transform your life holistically with including the tools needed for incorporating a mind frame and lifestyle change and also increasing your ability to hold self-accountable.
“Changing the Mindset” is a three-part book that will guide you through the process of moving towards a growth mindset. Section I, focuses on the theories that influenced the “Changing the Mindset” behavior and cognitive- based model. Section II, focuses on identifying the different types of fixed mindsets and how to apply techniques to help challenge those thoughts and encourage behavior modification. Section III, will present 16 lessons and examples to help guide the learning process.
