This book is a collection of the paintings and writings by Barbara B Stockton, a 93 year old resident of San Diego, California, done during her inner journey to find meaning in her life. She shares her life through her art and writing. Her work was greatly influenced by her study of the philosophy of Dr. Carl Jung. Through her Jungian anlysis, called "active imagination", the beauty of her work reflects the illumination she discovered within herself. You too will find the beauty within yourself through her works of art and poetry.

Barbara Stockton lives in San Diego, California. She has been an artist and poet for over fifty years. She has explored her own depths ghrough Jungian depth psychology. She has traveled the world sharing her experiences. Barbara is the mother of three grown daughters, has four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She has mothered and nurtured the creative impulse in herself, in many others and is a woman of wisdom!
