Christopher Turner is the sixteen year old son of UPCI missionaries, Nathanael and Ingunn Turner. The Turner family live near the Baltic Sea in the nation of Estonia, a small country south of Finland and bordering the much larger nation of Russia. Christopher and his younger brother, Michael, attended the European School in the capital city of Tallinn. During deputation travel with their parents they are continuing their education by correspondence. Both Christopher and Michael are active in the main church in Tallinn pastored by their missionary father. Christopher’s mother, Ingunn, leads worship during services and Christopher has sung with her in Estonian, with an occasional song in English for those in the congregation who do not speak Estonian. Michael controls the technical aspects of the service, including the soundboard and cameras for the live stream feed. Christopher’s interest in the keyboard began when he was one year old.
