The purpose of this book is to be a call for God’s people to come out of Babylon; out of the fallen churches. An author from the 19th century, Ellen White makes this statement: “All are to hear the last message of warning. The prophecies in the book of Revelation, chapters 12 to 18, are being fulfilled. In the eighteenth chapter is recorded the very last call to the churches. This call is now to be given.” {UL 277.6}
This manuscript is written as a “last call” to the churches, exposing false doctrines and calling God's people to come out of Babylon.

The following is a brief chapter outline of the book: Title: Last Call Out…
Introduction: Quote Rev. 18:4 which is the main theme of the book, and entreating the reader to study the Bible for themselves, not taking any explanation of doctrine without comparing it with God’s Word. Quote 1 John 4:1, Acts 17:10,11.
Chapter (1) ‘Babylon’ Babylon in Old Testament times and it’s relationship with God’s people and what Spiritual Babylon is today in relation to God’s people today, stressing that He does have a people in Babylon.
Chapter (2) ‘The First Lie’ What happens when you die?
Chapter (3) ‘Eternal Torment by a Loving God?’ Hell fire, what does forever and ever mean?
Chapter (4) ‘The Reward of the Righteous’ Heaven-what is it. Christ’s second coming; When does this take place? Is it a secret?
Chapter (5) ‘Who Is Christ?’ The nature of Christ and the purpose of His first coming. What He did for us on the cross and what He is doing for us.
Chapter (6) ‘The Forgotten Day’ A day that God said to remember.
Chapter (7) ‘My Holy Mountain’ The importance of meeting together on God's Holy day, and the unity of true believers.
Chapter (8) ‘Eyesalve, Fine Linen and Pure Gold’ The eyesalve being Spiritual discernment and listening to the Holy Spirit which includes keeping our minds clear through good health. Fine Linen-Christ’s Righteousness, how do we get it and what does it do for us. The Pure Gold, our faith that is needed to appropriate the eyesalve and fine linen.
Chapter (9) ‘The Mark of the Beast and the Seal of God’ An explanation of a beast in Bible prophecy, what ‘the beast’ is and what is it’s mark. God’s people will also have a mark or seal.
Chapter (10) ‘The Last Call Out’ A summary of the previous 9 chapters and a call to follow the lamb ‘withersoever He goeth’.
