It's not always easy to plan a complete meal for family and friends, especially if you're crunched for time. I've taken the guesswork out of the planning by creating complete menus that incorporate easy to find ingredients that enhance one another. I've also planned them to be time efficient so that a complete meal can come together on time by utilizing the stove top, microwave, oven and grill so that multiple dishes can be made at once. Some recipes may require some preparation ahead which can be done either the night before (or morning of) dinner and I inform you ahead of time so you aren't caught off guard after committing to making a menu. I also like to make healthy recipes so every recipe in the book has a healthy suggestion or substitution to incorporate. Every single recipe has at least one photograph to illustrate the finished product and I've also included several table setting photographs to inspire creativity when trying to take a simple dinner and make it special.
