About this Book:

The emphasis of this book upon the fact that Jesus founded a local church and promised perpetuity to that kind of church is needed today as never before among Baptists. Since it is true that Jesus founded a church and promised it perpetuity, then all the institutions founded by men since the days of Christ’s earthly ministry are without divine authority for their existence. Yea, they are rivals of His church. They are nothing more than man-made organizations—the products of presumptuous men who were either ignorant of or dissatisfied with what Jesus did.
