Denecia Green developed a love for reading and writing at a very tender age. At age fourteen, she became a freelance writer for Teen Herald Jamaica, where she worked for 5 years. In 2010, she was then given the opportunity to work with The Jamaica Gleaner Company in writing articles for the weekly publication of a newspaper issued only to the residents of Portmore, known as The Portmore Sun. From there, she excelled and became a freelance writer for Buzzz Caribbean Lifestyle Magazine for one year.
At 24 years of age, Denecia is now a registered Pharmacist; however she never abandoned her love of reading and writing. In 2012 she published her first novel entitled Life: Through a Teen’s Eyes and what an outstanding debut it is. Now two years later she released her second novel entitled Lies, Sex & Betrayal.
