Vermont partcipated in that celebration by creating air mail cachets and sending thousands of air mail letters. The historical study brings to life the National, as well as Vermont celebration of this important week-long event. Additionally, the study reporduces the nearly 200 town cachets that were created and used on all air mail letters that were flown during the event.
