About the Author:

Cosmas U. Nwokeafor, Ph.D., is a Prof. of mass communication at Bowie State University where he currently serves as the Dean of Graduate School. He has served as a Provost Fellow and Assistant Provost for Graduate Studies at Bowie State University. Prior to his current position, he has served as the Assistant Dean and Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences respectively as well as the Chair of the Department of Communication. .
