Priscilla Ortega Parker was born in Austin, TX. She grew up in San Antonio, TX and in 2006 moved to Alabama with her husband Keith Parker. Together they answered the calling from God to start a non-denominational church called Community Church in Arab, Alabama.
Priscilla received a degree in Theology and Biblical Studies from Grace Bible College. Together she and her husband have six sons, and 5 grandchildren.
