About this Book:

Faith Measured - A Secret to Success was completely an inspiration from God. I could not and would not have been able to write this book without a revelation from God. I give all the Glory to Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the prompting of the Holy Spirit for the completion of this book. The Lord is my strength. Faith Measured focus' on believing in the Word of God and on the way we believe, think and talk. The direction of our life is determined directly to the way we talk. The way we talk is determined directly by the way we think and the way we think is determined directly by the way we believe.

About the Author:

I have been a born-again believer for 30 years. Although I have not lived as a victorious born-again believer only for 5 years now. I did not know God, I only knew of God. My relationship with God only consisted of "I need you now, Lord" in my life. I did not have a relationship with God at all as I do now. I came from a broken, disfunctional upbringing and carried alot of it into my adulthood and marriage. I have lived a very average working lifestyle and have had a very average family. A husband of 29 years and two children, now grown and families of their own.

Book Review:

"Faith comes from hearing and hearing from the Word of God" is the scripture I start out with defining faith. The Word of God clearly states that faith comes from hearing and not from having heard. This is a misconception many Christian fall into. They think because they have heard something once or twice they think they have got it. But this just is not the truth. We must seek God diligently to know the things of God. God does nothing apart from His Word so why would anyone think they can grow spiritually apart from His Word. What you say is what you get. We are currently living by the words that we have spoken in our past. We actually speak according to how we think and we think according to how we believe. If our believe system does not line up with the Word of God than our talking and our thinking and our believing is all wrong. God's Word is the truth and we can talk, think and believe accordingly.
