About this Book:

About the Author:

Dr. Albert Sidney Ferguson is a retired corporate executive, a former college professor of Management Studies, a management trainer and consultant, an entrepreneur, the author of nine (9) books, a musician, a motivational speaker and a transformational servant-leader. In retirement, he is using his spiritual gift of teaching to conduct leadership training and motivational workshops within churches, for church leaders and church workers. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree, with honors, in Economics, a Master of Business Administration Degree, (MBA) in Finance, and an earned Doctor of Philosophy Degree, a Ph.D., in Management Studies. He is a Pentecostal minister of religion, and an ordained Bishop.
