Denise Marie August was born in Los Angeles, CA to Alfred and Lottie August. Denise is the youngest of five children. She is currently works for a government Access TV Station for over 16 years. She also worked with ABC Channel 7 News as well as Fox 2 News.
Denise enjoys telling the world about how God brought her back to him.
Denise is a member at Saint Matthew Christian Church in Sacramento, CA under Wayne Sheppard who is her Pastor. Denise loves sharing the word of God. That God is who she leans and depends on.
Denise has two beautiful daughters and four grand children who is her life. Denise loves her family and she enjoys spending every moment with them.

Introduction
This book is based on my life on how I was living in the world. Then it will show you how God was with me all the time and how he was with in everything that I did, say, and thought. If I only knew then what I know now!! That God is my provider, my father, my comforter, my doctor, my lawyer, the author and finisher of my life, he is the Alpha and the Omega, he is the beginning and the end, he is my every thing. What I know now is that my life is all about God. That I am nothing with out him. That he will lead and guide my steps all the way to eternity as long as I pay attention and follow his directions and wait on him, be patient, and not lead things unto my own understanding, just knowing that he and only he will not steer me wrong. That my purpose is to serve the Lord, and that my life don’t belong to me it belongs to him. I pray that this book will touch someone’s heart and let them know that you are not alone. That we all go through things for a reason and that God and only God can help us and get us through it all. So, Lord, use me in this book because I am your servant.
