About this Book:
|
|
"Friends For Life, crosses every societal, cultural and physical boundary, encouraging children to accept others, despite their differences. Many children struggle with misunderstandings regarding others who come into their life who may be different in some way. The cat and mouse faithfully portray major differences—not only in the animal kingdom, but the fact that the cat wants to eat the mouse changes this from merely a dislike of the cat by the mouse, but a life and death struggle. Likewise, if we let differences inhibit our friendships, we may be ‘eaten up ‘ with prejudices and our life will be less fulfilled. This book teaches the life-changing lesson that everyone has value and can live an elevated life.“
