He is also a nationally acclaimed motivational speaker on the key elements of achieving personal and professional success. Prior to starting his consulting practice he held the position of Director, Human Resources for ESPN, VP Human Resources for CH2M Hill and VP Human Resource Development for SRI Surgical. Rico holds a Law degree from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.
