About this Book:

This book consists of photographs taken in China and each photo is accompanied by ancient Chinese wisdom, proverbs and idioms describing time and our relationship to time. The proverbs and idioms are printed in English and Chinese.

About the Author:

All photographs are taken by author Kirsi Ahola while living and working in Shanghai from 1999 to 2005 and studying Mandarin Chinese in Shanghai JiaoTong University in 2007 and 2008.
