In 2004, Carlton L. Coon Sr. became the Director of the General Home Missions Division of the United Pentecostal Church International. Through the years, he has been an evangelist and pastor. In years prior to moving to St. Louis, he started daughter works and led a healthy, thriving church. Carlton and his wife, Norma, have been in full-time ministry for more than thirty-two years.
