Frank Whinery grew up in rural Northeastern Oklahoma. He has lived in this area all his life. He is married to Laura. They have two children. He is retired from a local utility company, and is now working at Grand Outdoors, a local sporting goods store. At age 52 God led him to write this book and to take the message to churches that all things are posible even if you have no experence. God uses people that have no experence to show his power. He is writing a second book titled Treasure, Trial, and Triumphs which hopefully will be released in late 2009.
