Shannon Heffern, RD, is passionate about her chosen field of food and nutrition. Having been a Registered Dietitian for more than 20 years, Ms Heffern has enjoyed working in a multitude of areas ranging from nutrition health coaching, menu development and corporate wellness. Ms Heffern was born and raised on a farm in rural North Dakota, where she experienced first hand how to garden and cook from her mother and grandmother.
