About this Book:

The author shares with the reader his memories of growing up on the east side of Detroit during the '50s & '60s. In fact, Motor City Boomer could be construed as a belated Christmas letter from the past fifty or sixty years. The author hopes his good memories will help others with theirs.

About the Author:

The author was raised on the east side of Detroit during the '50s & '60s. He and his wife Noël are both retired school teachers. They started a publishing company, Pairadime Publications, in order to avoid rejection notices! They have authored or coauthored and published four books to date.

Book Review:

Motor City Boomer is a lighthearted chronicle of a lad raised extremely Catholic on the east side of Detroit in the '50s & '60s. This tale will induce many more smiles than tears as the author himself admits that his remembrances are selective and extremely better than they could really have ever been!
