After requests from my family and LOTS of friends, I've compiled some of our family's favorite recipes into a book. It contains over 300 VERY easy recipes, many of them created by my mother in law, Nadine. She is well know in our community for her desserts! I am an elementary counselor in a small rural town of about 3,000 in Oklahoma. I enjoy quilting, building our school's website, reading and cooking for my family. I have been a Christian now for 23 years. I'm married and have two beautiful children, and one son-in-law.
