About this Book:

This book is a personal account of my journey toward earning the Ph.D. Unlike books written about the dissertation, this tongue-in-cheek book is funny, sincere, and easy-to-read. It is meant to motivate you the doctoral candidate particularly the ABD (all but dissertation). From my overwhelming struggles during the dissertation process, I give you advice so you won't have to go through unnecessary frustration, heartache and angst.

About the Author:

Joyce Dorman holds a Ph.D. in computing technology in education and an Education Specialist degree. She has taught college for over 12 years and is now a consultant. She has two grown and successful children and two beautiful granddaughters.
