About this Book:

BASED ON ACTUAL EVENTS...Lies, deceit, secrets, and harsh rumors of murder come crashing to the floor in this excruciating novel of a low class Southern family on the brink of insanity. Mr. Writer, while trying to keep the delusions away from the reality, comes to the only conclusion that the two must coincide with one another in order for the truth to fall into the realm of all that makes sense. The skeleton, who has escaped the closet, has without knowledge, been pushed from the darkness so he could become the voice of those lingering in the shadows. You'll sit and wonder... Whose baby is buried in the backyard? Who is this skeleton of a long deceased murderer standing at the glass patio door tapping with a broken finger? When will the last shred of sanity be ripped from Mr. Writer's mind?

Book Review:

Revealing past secrets that should’ve stayed buried in the deep woods of the South. -- Char Bushnell, Author of: Just You CR Davis has crafted a novel that blurs the boundaries of autobiographies, fiction, and family history. Mixing the Southern gothic roots of his upbringing with modern sensibility, Davis transports the reader to the depths of personal pain and the heights of spiritual redemption. A must-read. -- Anita A. Williams, Edgeview MultiMedia
