About the Author:

Tony currently lives in Wilderness Rim, North Bend, WA. He recently graduated in the Spring of 2005 from California State University, Chico with a degree in Recreation Administration and is working as the manager for the new SR Athletic Club on Snoqualmie Ridge. As mentioned in this book, he has always had a deep passion for writing and tapping the roots of expression through words, art, and music. He hopes this book will inspire others to find the unique qualities within themselves that have the power to transform suffering into a way of compassion.
