About this Book:

My life has taught me that true leadership is a combination of one's desire to be a leader coupled with one's ability to glean leadership lessons from the people, events, and things we encounter along life’s pathways. This book is a collection of those lessons. It is my sincere hope that others will be inspired by these brief glimpses at the scenery along my life’s pathway. It is my hope that these stories will cause you to reflect on your own life’s journey, observing what life has taught you. Through your stories and mine, perhaps you will be inspired to dig deeper into the core of your fiber to draw out some of the leadership talent hidden deep within you.

About the Author:

Rick Weaver is an accomplished business executive with a wealth of experience in retail, market analysis, supply chain enhancement, project management, team building, and process improvement. In 2002, he left his 28-year career with Kmart to concentrate fully on developing people skills and organizational strategy. He founded MaxImpact where he uses his vast experience to connect individuals to their dreams and teams connect to a shared vision
