Melanie Hartsfield Sheldon is a retired public school teacher of 30 years in the classroom. She has earned a BA degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a MA degree from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina. During those years of loving to cook, teach and share with others, she developed a desire to share old family recipes in original handwriting with her family.
