Life ordinarily moves at a slow pace in small Maine towns, however, not this summer. George had left the streets of Boston and the police department, where he had been a detective for eight years, for a quieter life in Braley Harbor, Maine. Being on the police force here for over ten years had been just want he was looking for so last year he decided to take the position of Chief of Police. At age 37 he felt like he had it all, good job, great wife, what more could he ask for? Little did he know that this summer would turn out to be a little different, in more ways than one.
