About this Book: |

Depression is a real illness. If you feel as if you want to remove the batteries from all the smoke detectors then set the house on fire while the rest of the family sleeps, then I suggest you seek medical attention immediately. However, if you are feeling as if you just can't take it anymore, and you are crying, "Calgon, take me away!" then go ahead, reach for the P.R.O.Z.A.C.
Pray without ceasing. Rejoice in the Lord always. Offer spiritual sacrifices. Zealously encourage others. Avoid negative thoughts. Cast your burden upon the Lord.
