About this Book:

The Silver Bullet is a devotional Bible study designed for people with chronic health conditions. Constructed to be flexible, each study has two goals—first, to understand the Scripture quoted, and second, to encourage the user to apply God’s words to his or her circumstances. Bullet provides a spiritual journey through which one discovers how God reaches beyond the quick fixes of the world—medications, therapies, exercises, seminars, mechanical manipulations, operations, and the latest, greatest cure-all potion offered by marketing enterprises—and prescribes Jesus Christ as the ultimate solution for chronic pain. By working through the devotional lessons, in either individual or group study, it is possible to keep physical pain from being a life-stopper and to gain freedom of intimacy with Jesus Christ.

About the Author:

For thirty years, author Jonnie Wright has written innovative curriculum for both children and God-seeking adults. Mrs. Wright has been a freelance contributor to a national teachers’ magazine, the recipient of a grant in computer literature from her school district, and author of the Christian teachers’ workbook: Lord, What Do I Do With Sammy? Having served as Director of Women’s Ministries at her church, her spiritual walk has been much more exciting than her daily struggles with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Irritable Bowel, Irritable Bladder, TMJ, etc. Her physical reprieve came when she realized that Christ alone made her day complete—not doctor visits, pills, surgeries, nor any other fix-it method.
