About the Author:

Gregg Vivolo has been riding the unicycle and teaching others to do so for over 30 years. Gregg, a full-time Field Engineer with Johnson & Johnson, lives in Northern New Jersey with his wife and four boys, two of which (Daniel age 10 and Brian age 8) already ride the unicycle. Unicycling has had a major impact on my life. Having learned to ride when I was 10 years old, I developed a level of balance and agility unequaled by most of my peers. This balance and agility overflowed into every physical activity that I pursued, helping me be among the best in each activity. My goal for writing this book is that many children and adults will learn to ride the unicycle and benefit from the increased agility and confidence that comes with knowing how to do something that only a relatively small number of people in the world know how to do - Ride The Unicycle! Unicycling is a legacy that I've started to pass on to my family which I hope will continue for generations to come.
