About this Book:

Using recipes from the Van Antwerp family, the author asked friends and neighbors to contribute their "favorite" recipe. These are tried and true recipe that each contributor uses. You might want to try several and you will discover that your family will love them as did the families of the contributors! Good eating!

About the Author:

Van Antwerp comes from a family of eleven children. When his parents were late in coming home, the first child that returned from school was to start dinner. The author's high school dismissed at 2 p.m., so he often prepared the dinner for the family. He has cooked many meals since that day and enjoys it.

Book Review:

The book contains 150 delicious recipes, even for preparing muskrat! The recipes are "family favorites".
