Dr. Shirley Carraway is, above all, a committed child and servant of the Most High God. She is a minister of the gospel of Yeshua, Jesus Christ. She minister healing, deliverance, encouragement, reconciliation unto Abba Father. She is a member of the Mobile Prayer Warriors Ministries, which is an organization that takes prayer to the people that will not or cannot come to the prayer.
Dr. Carraway has a Doctorate in Ministry (majoring in deliverance), a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling, Bachelors in Psychology, an Associates in Liberal Arts. She is a Deputy Conservator and Social Service Practitioner. She is a mother and grandmother with the intent of not leaving any behind in the enemy’s camp, not yours, hers or mines.
